Summer Lovin'

Some of our summer happenings.

We picked yummy blueberries.
Opening day had beautiful weather.

We've had some monkeys in our tree.

 

We went to the Wabash Riverfest.
The zoo was there with some animals and we got to see these 3-banded armadillos.
So cute how little they are and they just kept running around and around.

 
We also pet an alligator.

 
Mia rode a pony.

 
And some playground time.

 

Later that day we went to a party at the Smiley Farm.

This was as close as we could get Trent to the horse.

I lost track of Landon and found him admiring some of the many puppies 
(and they were corgis, one of my favs).

 

 

Thank you Laura and Nate for having us out.  
It was a beautiful evening and we had a great time.
It was also great hanging out with friends I've known since college days.

 
To end the evening, we drove home to this beautiful sunset.
